ANGOLA, QUEM TEM DE MOSTRAR ARREPENDIMENTO E PEDIR DESCULPA AOS ANGOLANOS (TEXTO 129 DESTA 3ª GUERRA CIVIL QUE O ENG. JOSÉ EDUARDO DOS SANTOS IMPÔS ) Antes do mais as empresas petrolíferas que se encontram instaladas em Angola - de entre as 35 citemos algumas, Porque não basta corromper uns tantos funcionários do dito Estado Angolano, ou da SONANGOL/empresas filiadas, ( ou, ao que é afirmado em plena Assembleia Nacional Francesa e em plenos Tribunais Franceses, o dito presidente da República de Angola, eng. Dos Santos ) e pensar que entregando sponsors a um THE BRITISH ANGOLA FORUM, ( ver www.riia.org/baf ), como fazem a BP/AMOCO, A CHEVRON, A EXXON, a par com a BAE SYSTEMS, a DE BEERS, a DE LA RUE, a HSBC EQUATOR BANK, a ODEBRECHT OIL AND GAS SERVICES e a RANGER OIL, onde se mantem a lógica da guerra e destruição da UNITA e dos Angolanos que, nós Angolanos, esqueceremos. É tempo de começarem a pensar que as Receitas têm Custos. Assim, tendo alimentado a lógica de guerra, tendo estado por detrás da Declaração de Guerra do eng. Dos Santos a 05.12.98, em pleno Congresso do Mpla, à UNITA e ao iniciar desta 3ª Guerra Civil Angolana, as empresas petrolíferas a operar em Angola, é minha opinião, que fundamentarei em tempo nos tribunais, Angolanos e internacionais, terão de iniciar o pagamento, aos Angolanos de uma pesada indemnização e de apresentar um pedido formal e público de perdão a todos os Angolanos. De seguida, os que entendo serem somente serventuários de uma política de "globalização", destruidora de Angola e de tantos outros países do Planeta Terra - os srs(as) António Monteiro, dito embaixador de Portugal na ONU, M. Anstee, dita representante da ONU no processo de Bicesse, Fawler, dito embaixador na ONU do Canadá, Peter Hain, dito membro do governo britânico, no mínimo. Foram eles que iniciaram, desenvolveram e mantêm uma dita política "diplomática" de destruição da UNITA, de manutenção da guerra em Angola, desde 31 de Outubro/2 de Novembro de 1992, até aos dias de hoje. Será perante os Tribunais, Angolanos e internacionais, que se terão de pronunciar e será neles que iniciarão o seu processo de pedido de perdão, formal e público, a todos os Angolanos. Finalmente, o eng. José Eduardo dos Santos, dito "presidente" da República de Angola, e os seus sequazes futunguistas. Finally, emg. Foram eles que, vivendo e alimentando a corrupção, impondo a 3ª Guerra Civil em Angola, dirigindo bombardeamentos a napalm e mais armas químicas sobre populações indefesas, empurrando instituições internacionais, como a ONU e a CPLP, para a guerra, a destruição da UNITA, geraram o mais dramático genocídio que Angola jamais viveu. Também nos tribunais, Angolanos e internacionais, terão de responder sobre os seus crimes e terão de pedir perdão aos Angolanos pela destruição que geraram em Angola. Já perto dos dois anos desta 3ª Guerra Civil Angolana, a clique futunguista está a perceber que, mais uma vez, empurrou Angola para o desastre, querendo, para se manter indefinidamente no poder, com tal guerra civil, destruir a UNITA e o seu Presidente, o dr Jonas Malheiro Savimbi. Falhou mais uma vez. A UNITA não será destruída, apesar de todas as alianças, espúrias, feitas para a destruir. Que se ganhou com esta 3ª Guerra Civil em Angola? Mais destruição - de Pessoas, o mais importante de tudo. De Valores, o que dificultará dramaticamente a reconstrução de Angola. De infraestruturas o que aumentará a dívida Angolana, inutilmente, em próxima fase de reconstrução. Mais delapidação - de Pessoas, que se afastaram de Angola, que se desmoralizaram perante mais este desastre. De Recursos Naturais, dispendidos, mais uma vez em armamento, na corrupção, inutilmente. Ficará na consciência de todos os que alinharam nesta política de destruição da UNITA e do seu Presidente, o dr Jonas Malheiro Savimbi, o peso do que nos devem a nós Angolanos. É tempo, na verdade, de, todos os que alinharam nesta política, mostrarem arrependimento e assumirem publicamente a exigência que é de todos os Angolanos, Ponham fim às Sanções à UNITA, imponham aos futunguistas um novo processo de Paz. Digam ao eng. dos Santos o quão se sentem zangados com ele pela forma como foram enganados pelas suas promessas vãs e o quão não acreditam em quem fala hoje em exigir o arrependimento de quem lutou para sobreviver, de quem lutou porque foi atacado, nem sequer para ser vencido mas sim para ser destruído, fisicamente. Porque nós Angolanos se queremos viver em Paz com o Mundo, queremos também viver neste Mundo de consciência tranquila e cabeça levantada, pelo que lutaremos até se cumprir a Verdade e a Justiça. First of all oil companies dealing in Angola, just as, CHEVRON, TOTAL/FINA/ELF, BP/AMOCO, OCCIDENTAL, TEXACO, AGIP, EXXON/MOBIL Because it is not enough to corrupt some members of so called "Angola State", or of SONANGOL and associated companies, ( or, as it was said in French Parliament, or in French Court, about this so called president of Angola Republic, dos Santos ) and think that with some sponsors to a so called BRITISH ANGOLA FORUM, ( see www.riia.org/baf) just as was made by BP/AMOCO, CHEVRON, EXXON, or by BAE SYSTEMS, DE BEERS, DE LARUE, HSBC EQUATOR BANK, ODEBRECHT OIL AND GAS SERVICES, and RANGER OIL, where we can see yet the idea of destruction of UNITA and Angolans that, we Angolans will forget. It is time to think also about the Costs of their activity also. After these ones, those that I think that are only the serventuaries of a so called "globalization" policy that are based in the destruction of Angola and so manny others countries in this Planet - António Monteiro, so called ambassador of Portugal in Unite Nations, M. Anstee, so called United Nations peace maker representative in Bicesse Process, Fawler, so called ambassador of Canadá in United Nations, Peter Hain, so called member of British government, at least. All of them sustained, developed, and are maintaining a so called diplomacy of destruction of UNITA, of maintenance of war in Angola, since 31.10/02.11 92 till today. Them, living with and feeding corruption, imposing this 3rd Angolan Civil War, with napalm and chemical bombings over peaceful populations, pushing with them international institutions as United Nations and CPLP to this civil war for the destruction of UNITA, they have created the most dramatic genocide in Angola for ever. So, having feed the war idea, having supporting the war declaration of Eng. Dos Santos, in 05.12.98, in the last Maple Congress, to UNITA, oil companies operating in Angola, in my opinion, that I will defend in Courts, Angola and international Courts, must begin thinking about paying to Angolans a very strong indemnization and present a formal Excuse and Sorry to all Angolans. It will be in the Courts, Angolan and international Courts, that they must answer and it will be there that they will begin their ask for sorry, public and formal, to all Angolans. Near of its 2nd anniversary, this 3rd Angolan Civil War, we can see that the futunguists, are learning that they pushed Angola to disaster, when they decided to destroy UNITA and its President Jonas Malheiro Savimbi. They failed once again. UNITA will not be destroyed, even with all of those dirty alliances made to destroy. What was the gain of this 3rd civil war in Angola? Also in the Courts, Angolan and international, they will answer by this crimes and they will be obliged to ask for sorry to all Angolans on account of this destruction they have made in Angola. More destruction - of People, the most important of all. Values, what will made more difficult the reconstruction of Angola. Of infrastructures, that will make bigger the Angola Debt in the future reconstruction. More dilapidation - of People, that run way of Angola, that demotivated with this once again disaster. Of Natural Resources, spent in corruption, once again and in arms. It will be in conscious of all of them that had supported this policy of destruction of UNITA and its President, dr Jonas Malheiro Savimbi, how much they are in debt to all Angolans. So, it is time to, all of them, show how much they are sorry, and, in public defend what all Angolans are defending, To put an end to Sanctions over UNITA, to impose to futunguists a new Peace Process They must say to eng. Dos Santos how much they are angry with him on account of his vain promises and how much they did not believe in him and his regret exigencies from whom only fought to survive, from whom fought because was attacked, not to be defeated but to be destroyed, physically. Because, we Angolans, if we want to live in Peace with the world, we want also to live in this World in peace with our consciousness and proudly, so we will fight till we can see the Truth and Justice.
